All,

Here is a description of the problem of handling indeterminate results 
during reduction. It is work done by Olav Bandmann at SICS, so I should 
not take credit for it (except for the writeup). :-)

I made it a word document since I wanted to use lots of figures. I will 
explain this at the F2F as well.
