Syntax baton back to Dave

I just finished my pass through Syntax, which Mike got back to me as agreed
on Monday night, and for which Peter also got me his Security section Monday
night (thanks both). Peter's section is now integrated, several of Mike's
comments are addressed, and as far as I'm concerned, this puppy is ready for
showtime!

Since Dave is back in town, I called him and we agreed he would take the
baton back and wait until after tomorrow's Editor's call to post.

In the meantime I'll still plowing through Metadata wd02. I probably won't
have it ready by the call tomorrow but should have it by the end of the day.
