The pseudo-address being created will be pushed to be used for contacting the committee. My chair responsibilities are pretty well only to insulate the technical work from the politics and committee administration, so I'm otherwise just another member of the committee ... the annotation afterwards is sufficient to identify who the chair is, but the chair isn't any more important than the other members.
