Encryption
----------
The TC discussed the description of the encryption algorithm in section 
16.3 of the specification. The TC agreed to add to the specification 
that HMAC-SHA-1 "must" be used as pseudo random number function. See also

Non numbered paragraphs
-----------------------
The TC discussed the proposal for adding an attribute to <text:h> and 
<text:numbered-paragraph> that allows to display  the heading/paragraph 
without a number. See

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00006.html. The TC 
unanimously agreed to add a "text:is-list-header" attribute for this 
purpose as described in 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00006.html.


XForms integration
------------------
The TC discussed the proposal to integrate XForms functionality into the 
existing form/control specification at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200408/msg00031.html. The TC 
unanimously agreed to this proposal.


Draw influence on position
--------------------------
The TC discussed the proposal for adding a 
draw:wrap-influence-on-position graphics property at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00018.html. The TC 
unanimously agreed to the proposal.


Bibliography Enhancements
-------------------------
The TC discussed the proposal for enhancing the bibliography 
specification at 
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200408/msg00030.html. The TC 
unanimously agreed to the proposal. The TC further agreed that this 
proposal will not be integrated into the next committee draft (2), but 
the one that follows after that.
