ODF TC Liaisons

To recap and update a list discussion we had a few weeks ago, here are the 
other WG's and TC's we coordinate with, or could coordinate with, as well 
as nominations we have for liaisons so far.  I'd like to bring as many of 
these as possible forward for approval at the next TC call.  Please take a 
look and nominate yourself if you wish to volunteer.

a) Liaisons to join the Ad Hoc WG.  If more than one, designate one a 
primary liaison. (Volunteers?  I think this needs to include at least 
Patrick)
b) Subset of these liaisons who wish to attend the September meeting of 
JTC1/SC34 Ad Hoc Group 3 in Seattle, Washington.  If more than one, 
designate a Head of Delegation. (Volunteers?)
