Subject: Re: [soa-eerp] Changes required to submitted document - SOA-EERP Business Quality of Service Version 1.0

I have nothing to do with it. It's up to the TC to decide what they reference. Our only job is to make sure that the citations are in the correct format and point to valid URIs. :)

If this works for Mary, I'll change my suggestion for CEFACT to your preferred link:  http://www.unece.org/cefact/recommendations/rec09/rec09_ecetrd203.pdf

Thank you.

regarding currency codes:

CEFACT now says use a normative reference to ISO 4217, which contains the currency and country codes.

Reference should be to ISO 4217, per CEFACT.  The code list Recommendation 9 is at http://www.unece.org/cefact/recommendations/rec09/rec09_ecetrd203.pdf

Here's a note from a draft NAESB Standard in process:
The ISO 4217 code indicating the currency applicable to the bill amounts in the summary. See list at http://www.unece.org/cefact/recommendations/rec09/rec09_ecetrd203.pdf
From page 96 of the CEFACT recommendation in Kim's email (http://www.unece.org/cefact/ebxml/CCTS_V2-01_Final.pdf ) which is Core Components rather than Currency Codes:
Currency.
Identifier
 Reference UN/ECE Rec. 9, using 3-letter
alphabetic codes. The UN/ECE Rec. 9 is also
published as ISO 4217, but is available in
electronic form and free of charge.
So if all that's referenced are currency codes, either ISO 4217 or Rec. 9 works, and I'd prefer the ISO 4217 reference of the two.

Thanks!

Hi all,

My comments below contain required changes plus suggestions. The suggestions are just that, suggestions only.

Please make the following changes to this document:

1. In 'This Version', please update the underlying URIs to the current version. Change from http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/bqos/v1.0/SOA-EERP-bQoS-Spec-wd09.xxx to http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/bqos/v1.0/SOA-EERP-bQoS-Spec-cd04.xxx. That is, change /wd09/ to /cd04/.

2. In the footer, please correct the spelling of September.

3. In the 'Technical Committee' section, please change text from bold to regular weight.

4. In 'Related Work', the first bullet contains a broken link. Please change from http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/rt/v1.0/SOA-EERP-bRating-Specification.pdf to http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/rt/v1.0/SOA-EERP-Rating-Specification.pdf, removing the errant 'b' from 'bRating'.
Note that this was correct in the previous version.

5. In 'Normative References', please activate the link for [UBL-20]. Note that this was correct in the previous version.

6. Also, in 'Normative References', I suggest adding the date to [UBL-20-cbc]. The date is October 2006.

7. Also, in 'Normative References', I suggest adding the date to [UBL-20-udt]. The date is February 2005.

8. Also in 'Normative References', [CEFACT] contains an incomplete title and a broken link. This was also true in the last version.  I suggest updating with correct information. According to wikipedia, the latest version is http://www.unece.org/cefact/ebxml/CCTS_V2-01_Final.pdf, dated November 2003.

9. Also in 'Normative References', for [SOA-RM], please activate the actual URI to the document rather than the document title.

10. Please generate an html version of this document in addition to word & pdf versions.

Please contact me with any questions or comments.

Best regards,
Kim
