Subject: Latest work-in-progress FS directory - added documentation

Good day, all,

Please find here the latest FS directory incorporating the changes received
from Jean (thanks again, Jean!) ... no KAVI password is needed to access
this file:

  http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/6435/fs-20040417-1100z.zip

I also realized that we never included the XML of the formatting
specifications and that someone may find them handy, perhaps as I found
reading the XPath addresses to be handy. So in the index.html page I added
a section documenting the production process, the use of DocBook and XSLT
and the "enhancement stylesheet" I use to produce enhanced DocBook from UBL
FPSC DocBook. There is enough information now in the fs/ directory for
anyone to recreate the HTML we have from the XML that we give them.

Fabio, I'm still waiting for you to tell me how you want your work
recognized in the implementations page.

Meanwhile, I'm plugging away on my stylesheets in order to create UN
layouts for inclusion in the package.

PLEASE, members, take the time to review the prose I wrote in these
documents: I'm a stylesheet writer, not a prose writer, and the package
will be significantly improved if committee members can wordsmith what I've
got here.

I've copied Jon to give him a preview of what we plan to deliver on Monday
... Jon, these files are pretty close to the final FS package ... I'm just
hoping to add PDF files produced from XSL-FO for the UN layouts.

Thanks for any feedback!

....................... Ken
