Agreed - the eprXML work provides a good reference for XML. However,
eprXML itself is not an obvious 'Business Driver' unlike becoming
compliant with Sarbanes Oxley and the Patriot Act which  make demands on
'financial reporting' . I also favor referencing templates /ontologies
developed by agencies who will steward them for many years to come (e.g.
HL7, ACORD,  GAAP ).
