Carl,

I forgot to connect the dots for you here.

The key thing about eprXML is that the application layer
is going to be available in opensource once they've finished
the initial development effort.

So - you will be able to take that and implement a
compliance interface - with reporting - for target areas
of your choice - and show people how to use
Word and Excel to deploy this.

We've never had such tools before - application
deployment components have always been
proprietary and code based - now they will be XML
based and configurable.

Add underneath that the CAM layer for information
exchange - and suddenly you can get the eGov worlds
attention in a hurry.
