Note.  There isn't such a test as Node-text-2nd -- I deleted its the file 
Node-text-2nd.htm from FTP.

Note.  utf16-sf-name-01 was missing from Stuart's list -- I added it below 
(and edited its .htm).

I made improvements to the metadata comment sections and uploaded new .htm 
files for the following 10 tests, as described, and uploaded the .htm's to 
FTP.

Strictly speaking, these changes are not about errors (except for 
AppStructure-region), but rather fine tuning the metadata information to be 
more helpful to anyone who hasn't been following our work.  I.e., they are 
somewhat "discretionary".  AppStructure-region.htm referred to an 
unresolved issue, in progress, which is now resolved.

For the preceding three tests, I added to "Description:" that it is a 
WebCGM DOM test.  Strictly speaking, that's redundant with the section 
reference, "5.7.6", but I thought it would be helpful to "naive" readers.

For each of the following six tests, I added a "Description:".  Strictly 
speaking, it is redundant with "Notes:" that I put into the tests 
originally, but I thought a succinct purpose would be helpful.
