Thanks Karl, this iability to edit the
group info is a big help. By the way, you are right, HTML does indeed work,
but the text on the edit page tells you it will not work !!

Chairs:

We've changed the settings so that you can edit the Group Notes. Click
the "Edit" link next to the Group Notes field on your TC page.

There are two fields here: Notes, which you will use for announcements
to your members, and Group Notes, where you should put the blurb 
describing what your TC does.

HTML is valid inside these fields (but please don't get carried away and
put tables or forms etc. in here :-)
