Yeah, unless the "share" permission is set for the docs then they won't be publicly visible. I've asked Kavi to fix it so that I can make this a permanent setting. The bigger issue from Norm, to which Davis makes a suggestion of a workaround, is the overall handling of large numbers of documents. As I've mentioned before, I've been working (off and on) on a design for a doc mgmt system that would provide us with some additional functionality. (I started gathering requirements last spring.)
