Norman,

If you already have those HTML pages - all you need is the "hook" to point
at those as a simple "Header Page - click here to enter", style - then drive
on.

I realize then that you only see the one document in Kavi - but I sense
that's
not a major issue for you.  Maintenance of the hierarchy is.

BTW - this is why I've asked for an OASIS WIKI server.  I'm currently using
a free SWIKI service to compliment the Kavi facilities - and provide a
friendly interactive environment, that's very easy to edit and maintain.
