Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: SGML to RTF/pagenumber alignment (bug?)
I tried to look for this in the FAQ, but it doesn't even have a DSSSL-RTF section. (Aside: is the RTF backend deprecated?) There seems to be a bug in the RTF generation which causes the page bottom footer page numbers in the RTF to be right aligned for a couple of pages, then alternatingly left/right ("outside") aligned. Explanations, workarounds, suggestions? b.
