Comments on Async Profile draft 3

Hi Andreas, some comments:

  - The draft number and date should be updated
  - In the Abstract, the 3rd sentence is a little unclear.  Instead of 
"designed along the asynchronous aspects of the XML Key Management 
Specification", you might say "designed to be similar to..." or 
something.  Similarly, in the introduction, instead of "adapts the XKMS 
protocol" you might say "borrows ideas from the XKMS protocol", to 
emphasize that the idea is similar, but that we're not actually using XKMS.
  - In 1.3, 5th paragraph, replace "MAY NOT" with "MUST 
NOT".  Alternatively, don't use all-caps words, since this introductory 
section is not normative.
  - Schema fragments should be included
  - Is the <ResponseMechanism> needed, since the <AdditionalProfile> 
already communicates that the client supports this profile?
  - In 4.2.2, it says "Subsequent requests will return the signing result 
indicated by [...]Success or an error code".  But subsequent requests may 
also return a "[...]Pending", which should be mentioned.
  - Delete section 6
