My understanding was that the CPA can "override" BPSS values, but BPSS can function independent of a CPA, thus the BPSS does not reference the CPA - rather once a BPSS is "loaded" the CPA is allowed to override specific values in the BPSS. In both cases the CPA is referencing the BPSS, 1) reference to select the appropriate BPSS; 2) reference to override configurable values. Dale? So in effect - the CPPA selects the BPSS, but the BPSS engine needs to reference both together.
