Subject: RE: [ebxml-bp] Comments on NameID/IDRef and UID and Late Binding and Document References

My understanding was that the CPA can "override" BPSS values, but BPSS can function independent of a CPA, thus the BPSS does not reference the CPA - rather once a BPSS is "loaded" the CPA is allowed to override specific values in the BPSS. In both cases the CPA is referencing the BPSS, 1) reference to select the appropriate BPSS; 2) reference to override configurable values.

Dale?

Monica,

My understanding is that the BPSS also draws
the messaging control factors and details from
the CPA. So in effect - the CPPA selects
the BPSS, but the BPSS engine needs to
reference both together.

Thanks, DW.
