Just one point to clarify:

[1] should have BPSS 1.01 namespace, not version 2 ebbp's.

ebBPSS.xsd at ebxml.org says 
targetNamespace="http://www.ebxml.org/BusinessProcess";,
and the one Dale gave me says "http://www.ebxml.org/BusinessProcess/1.01";.
