Arvola,
I
believe it is a required element:
<attribute name="partyName" type="tns:non-empty-string"
use="required"/>
I have added the following to the schema, under the PartyInfo
element:
<attribute name="partyName"
type="tns:non-empty-string" use="optional"/>
I will try to add a PartyName to the the
examples.
-Arvola
How
about partyName attribute for PartyInfo element? it should be reflected
in the example as well as the schema, right?
How
should we do this?
excerpt from my old msg:
line 583, 605-613, 687-688: New addition regarding
partyName
line 2437, 2573, 2651: added lines to Examples
line 2785-2787: added lines to Dtd (I understand that Dtd is
going away, I
made the changes for the sake of consistency).
line 3036-3037: schema
All lines are highlighted, too.

Arvola,
Given the extent of your changes, I agree that you
should revise a complete version of the document.
To understand the potential for editing
conflicts, does your proposal for Dec. 21 include updating XML
fragments across chapters 7 and 8, or just the schema and examples in the
appendices?
If anyone else plans to submit changes for Dec.
21 that may conflict with Arvola's extensive changes, PLEASE let us
know ASAP.
Thanks,
Tony

Subject: Re: [ebxml-cppa] Important:
procedure for revisions leading to CPPAversion 1.1
Tony:
I plan to submit the following changes by December
21:
- Updated schema
- Updated CPP example
- Updated CPA example
- BPSS example as referenced from CPP/CPA
- Description of Reliable Messaging parameters
- Description of synchronous reply modes
- Description of ActionBinding
- Changes to Packaging to accommodate synchronous
response
Since these changes are going to be rather pervasive, I
would like to submit an updated Word document with change tracking enabled.
By the way, I am using Microsoft Word 2000.
Regards,
-Arvola
The attached document briefly
describes procedures and initial schedules for submitting
changes to the CPPA specification as agreed during today's
teleconference.
