If you are asking about my remark, it was wondering whether an OASIS TC
would be approved for SOA architecture without very large software
groups, being on board with it. Just a pragmatic remark about stds org
politics given the huge investment those companies have made in
evangelizing WS.

So when TCs get approved, I was wondering whether there will be
discussion on what the scope should be, not on whether SOA itself might
be of interest.
