   "OASIS LegalXML eNotarization TC"
                                         
The purpose of this TC is to develop an agreed set of technical
requirements to govern self-proving electronic legal information.

It was good to meet you, if only very briefly, in Portland.  You asked 
about standards work for e-notorisation.   As far as I can tell nobody in 
OASIS is currently working on this, but if you would like to give me a 
brief overview of the current problems as you see them and the need for 
such standards,  I'll feed it into my e-governemnt technical committee and 
see what we can do about agreeing a standard.   

I'm not sure I can guarantee an immediate solution as this will have to 
compete with many other similar requests but  I'll do my best to get it up 
our agenda quickly.
