* The rates charged by creative designers for creative work is a factor 
of the type of work and duration of the work. If the duration is long 
with fixed deliverables, they charge lower than a gig that is quick (few 
hours).
* What type of content are your envisioning, Arshad? Is the content 
going to be scraped from PPTs, journal articles or click-n-see key 
management in action type animation?

It may be better to just get it professionally done by a designer as it 
will be quicker and cheaper.

I will consult 2-3 designers I know, once I get an understanding of what 
  you are looking for, Arshad.
