Hello Ranjeeth and Everyone,

Bush's efforts at "Public Diplomacy" are fascinating. Although I it would
benefit us here to delve into the political/social/cultural/historical
dynamics, motivations, and possibilities for such work, it would be a great
time to think of how HumanMarkup can potentially fit into the whole scheme.

To get the ball rolling we should focus on three subject areas:

1- Defining (as best we can) the current nature of modern technologically
based negotiation and diplomacy

2- Identify areas of where HumanMarkup work would not fit

3- Identify areas for viable HumanMarkup application

This is as good a framework as any to address, early on, both the
philosophical and practical (technical and non-technical) underpinnings for
potential HumanMarkup work. Once we have better focus, we can set our sites
upon viable approaches and applications for our work here at OASIS.
