Motion (simple majority): Approve minutes of 17 August 2020 https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/202008/msg00033.html 4. Approve Committee Specification Draft 03 (CSD03) - for submission to TC Admin for public review Svante and I had a ZOOM call with Chet Ensign and Paul Knight on Friday and the various metadata (think file paths on the cover page, copyright dates, etc.) can be generated post-approval of the Committee Specification Draft by the TC. Along with the other versions of the draft, such as HTML, PDF. In interaction with the TC Admin on those details, non-material changes will be made, then the final artifacts generated for public review. (The process has been simplified by the TC Admin so there aren't as many stage artifacts, etc.) Svante requested this link be forwarded as the artifacts to review for this vote: https://github.com/oasis-tcs/odf-tc/tree/master/src/main/resources/odf1.3 The file names for parts 1 - 4 will be changed to have the csd03 string to identify their version for the TC Admin Whether this satisfies the concerns of Andreas in terms of stable artifacts to review and/or sufficient notice of those artifacts, are matters for the TC to decide. (It is true that the TC Admin is willing to accept non-substantive changes but that does not dictate how the TC wishes to proceed.) 5. Other business? 6. Adjournment. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
