I'm told that the above is incorrect, with regards
to OASIS TC formation procedure. No OASIS membership vote is required
to approve a new TC charter. OASIS staff will still need to vet it
for compliance with OASIS rules. Then the proposed charter will be
made available for OASIS membership to comment on for a period of time,
and the proposer group will need to resolve any OASIS member comments received
before the Call for Participation and the first TC meeting occurs.
