workflow diagrams for intro

Stephen and all:

 

Here is a couple of suggested workflow diagrams to introduce where TAs "fit-in" in the specification process.

 

I believe that Stephen was assigned an (unlisted) AI to draft some text introducing the "audience" of the guideline ... so thats what these diagrams should illustrate.
