[xtm-wg] Abstract model

I'm trying this again since it bounced before - here's a pure-relational
view of TM core abstractions. I drew it because I was a bit unhappy at the
amount of conceptual overheda implicit in the UML (though I agree overall
with using UML, for other reasons).
