| teaching tool, and also to check and test conformance.

What I meant was that it would seem very strange for the model to say
something along the lines of "This model uses formalism foo, and this
formalism must be easy to learn and use." The requirements could very
well say something like this, and perhaps they should, but I think it
would look strange in the model itself.
