Gak! In other words, they've written DTD-incompatibility-with-namespaces
into their product. Whatever happened to thinking about compatibility with
XML 1.0 rather than XML+Namespaces? (DTDs *are* XML 1.0, like it or not)

I've never had an installation problem with linux or Solaris or Java,
though I've had to rebuild some libraries on linux that *I* screwed up.
