This had been discussed in the localization meetings w/r/t LC work on 
the controlled vocabulary.  Consideration was being given to using the 
feedback from the localization groups on the clarity and 
'translatability' of the current definitions (and I think names are part 
of the scope as well).  Then the idea was that this would feed back into 
the controlled vocabulary for refinement of names and their definitions 
(which is needed, even for English users, I think).  -A
