I note this morning that my web-based production of the PDF files 
differs from my machine-based production of the PDF files.  I have a 
disconnect somewhere between the DocBook files I'm using on my local 
machine and the ones I'm using on the web at release time.

I see there are indentation problems on the PDF I posted last night 
and I'll have these addressed by the next revision.
