Guidance sought regarding code list artefact URI assignment

Hi folks,

Perhaps someone with more experience than I have 
regarding use of URI strings can advise on something I found this morning.

The genericode resources we are creating for UBL 
can be identified with URI strings.

They are currently inappropriately identified as 
follows, inappropriate in the reference to "xsd" 
since the values are not described in XSD:

   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:ChannelCode-2

I can see a number of possible alternative values:

   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:gc:ChannelCode-2
   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:codelist:gc:ChannelCode-2
   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:genericode:ChannelCode-2
   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:codelist:genericode:ChannelCode-2

I'm leaning to the second one, indicating the components of the URN as:

   (1) - a UBL resource
   (2) - a resource used for code lists
   (3) - a resource expressed in genericode
   (4) - the Channel Code resource

Any objections to the committee referencing genericode-defined resources as:

   urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:codelist:gc:ChannelCode-2
