UBL 2.1 PRD3 DEFINITION REVIEW

   Actions from previous meetings:
     2012-11-21 - all - customs guidance needed for TSC
                - TSC to send Tim a summary of requirements ASAP

   Status of PSC definition review
     - final editing of the spreadsheet of new definitions
     - column J for new definition
     - new column K for new UBL Name
     - new column L for new Dictionary Entry Name
     - target date is Monday, December 10

   Status of TSC definition review
     - still plugging away on the task
     - target date is Monday, December 10

   Note that any row that Jon has marked with a question mark must be
   addressed by the subcommittee.

   Please note that we are running behind the schedule we had planned in
   November to have definitions completed by December 1.

UBL 2.1 PRD3 HUBDOC

   Actions from previous meetings:
     2012-11-14 - all - production guidance needed for "uml/" directory

   Status of work:

   - re: cardinalities
     - Ken has drafted a new "Additional Document Constraint" (section 4)

UBL 2.1 Release Time-line

   Tim - presentation to BII closing session earlier today
       - PRD3 schemas frozen early for first week of January for public review
       - the hub document polished and frozen in mid-February based on results
       - PRD3 Draft 4 will be the final sanity check for PRD3 voting 
in January
       - preparing for a committee vote on PRD3 during the week of January 7

TC CONCALL SCHEDULE

   Starting with next week's meetings, a change in the Atlantic call time:

     New Pacific call date/time:  Wednesdays 01:00UTC
     New Atlantic call date/time: Wednesdays 15:00UTC (was 17:00UTC)

   (Note the Pacific call takes place Tuesday evenings west of the
    Atlantic Ocean)

   Week of 2012-12-10 - Regular calls (start of new time for Atlantic call)
   Week of 2012-12-17 - Regular calls (may need a convenor for Atlantic call)
   Week of 2012-12-24 - no calls
   Week of 2012-12-31 - no calls
   Week of 2013-01-07 - TBD during week of 2012-12-17
