The minutes state "Move to closed" in the discussion but list this issue in
the "move to resolved" action summary. I agree with Bryan that the Action
summary needs to be amended to indicate that WSRF60 be "closed".

I agree with Bryan's recollection. We did discuss deferrring WSRF77 but
actually resolved to use WSRF77 to remove section 3.3 and, as Bryan says,
create a new and immediately deferred issue (94) to come back to this work
in a future version of WS-RF. The minutes should be amended.
