All my tests suggest that it is.This is the proxied response we are receiving from our request to www.bea.com and I can assure you we are not rewriting the Location header. Anyway, I found the problem - our resource proxy was forwarding the Host: request header from the browser to proxy request, which made your webserver think it was servicing a request to portalstandards.oracle.com (we proxy redirects to absolute URLs so that cookies are maintained). I have fixed our resource proxy so that it sets the Host request header appropriately. The result is now available on portalstandards.oracle.com and the redirect portlet works like you would expect. Regards David What would be helpful? My guess is that the requests are reaching your webserver, but because they are not getting past your security system, they are not being logged. I could be wrong though! If we can't get a browser displaying this image directly, what hope have we got of our Portal resource proxy retrieving it? Client certificates shouldn't come in to it unless you have explicitly configured your application to only accept requests from certain principals.
