[wss] Issues and proposed edits to XrML 'Whatever' document

So far few changes due to relative lack of comments with exception of
those from Contenguard. I do not propose to cycle the draft until after
the title vote result is announced.

[R1] Title
	Main issue raised is the name of the specification, 
	XrML Token Binding -> XrML-based Rights Language Token Binding

Substantive Edits

Reorganize to match the flow proposed in X.509 and Kerberos, ie,
Authentication, Encryption and Authorization.

'Proof-of-Possession' needs to become Authentication, since the proof of
possession is a means to the end which is authentication, thus providing
complete conformity with the other bindings documents, including SAML
[NB in SAML the authentication may bind to a biometric so it is not a
proof of possession it is a proof of being (but lets not get ontological
here)].

The wording needs some revision to reflect this which I hope will
improve the current somewhat convoluted contortion. 


Encryption, need to state that XrML does not provide an encryption key.
