Re: [xcbf] Initial drafts of all deliverables

I would like to offer Manchester (Salford University, or, depending on
the numbers, my own house) as an alternative.  I have limited funding
for travel, and would prefer less rather than more face-to-face
meetings.

I think Phil has a fairly clear view of the form of the initial
deliverables, but I do agree that an initial mock-up is urgently needed
to focus further discussion, and as Editor, I do need to discuss with
Phil how best to put that together from existing documents.

I am expecting that there will not be a lot of new text to be written. 
The work is intended to be a consolidation of existing work, rather than
development from scratch.

Phil,  I think you once put together a ZIP of all relevant current
documents that would be used to form our deliverable,  but I am not sure
it went out to this list.

Perhaps you could mail it again to this list, and then Tyky and the rest
of us could look at what we already have and decide what we need to add?
