Latest spec package and changes made to CS02 to accommodate the public review comments

PROMCODE TC members,

I have updated the PROMCODE CS02 to accommodate the comments submitted during the public review for COS and posted a ZIP package of the revised documents to the TC Subversion repository.  The package is at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-promcode/shape/trunk/spec_package_for_cs03.zip?rev=432&sc=1 We will discuss them and decide actions at our next TC call on February 7, 2022.

As described in my previous mail, here is a brief summary of comments submitted.

Comment 1. The comments are to update the editors' affiliation and e- mail address and adding acknowledge statements to Prof. Aoyama as well as to Nanzan University. https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oslc-promcode/202201/msg00007.html

Comment 5  Editorial comments on formatting and some wording in Chapter 4 of promcode-spec.html . Also a comment on reference to project management standard PMBOK. The current reference is to Edition 5 which is outdated and subsumed by the latest Edition 7. Comment 7. Inconsistency of stages between promode-spec.html and promcode-shapes.ttl. Both should be CS02. The same for promcode-vocab.html and promcode-vocab.ttl https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oslc-promcode/202201/msg00006.html

Here is a description of the changes made to CS02. Review comments to which each change addresses are also indicated in the description.

Change 1 The affiliation and e-mail address of Yabuta-san, Yoshida-san and Kamimura have been changed in promcode-spec.html, promcode-shapes.htl and promcode-vocab.html. (Comment 1) 

Change 2  Sentences to acknowledge Prof. Aoyama and Nanzan University have been added in Appendix B. (Comment 1)

Change 3  Mr. Shigenori Kobayashi has been added to the list of members of OSLC PROMCODE TC in promcode-spec.html (Comment 2)

Change 4  Typos including miss spelling and grammatical errors have been corrected and editing improvements such as better description and better use of fonts have been made on files promcode-spec.html, promcode-shapes.html and promcode-vocab.html. (Comments 3, 4, 5, and 6)  In more detail,  Comment 3 has 10 typos, Comment 4 has 2 typos 1 grammatical error and 1 editing improvements, Comment 5 has 1 grammatical error, and 15 editorial improvements, and Comment 6 has 3 typos, and 4 editorial improvements. All of these comments were valid and straightforward to address.

Change 5  Some of the typos in Change 4 required to revise files promcode-vocab.ttl and promcode-shapes.ttl also since some sentences in these html files are generated from these ttl files. So, correction of a subset of typos of Change 4 has also been made to files promcode-vocab.ttl and promcode-shapes.ttl. (Comments 3, and 6)

Change 6  Informative reference [PMBOK5] in C.2 of promcode-spec.html has been changed to [PMBOK] as suggested by Comment 5. Also, three links to this reference within promcode-spec.html have been changed to use [PMBOK]. (Comment 5)

Change 7  Comment 6 pointed out a wrong content of Section 4 of promcode-vocab.html. The section has sentences exactly the same as those in Section 4 of promcode-shapes.html. This was an editing error. The sentences of promcode-vocab.ttl have been replaced with the right sentences.

Change 8  Stage information in promcode-shapes.ttl and promcode-vocab.ttl files have been corrected to CS03.(Comment 7)
