I don't think XMetaL can handle the RDF model (I'm not sure). There are certainly no DTD components to RDF (how would that work?), there are some XSLT parsers linked to from [1], and a CSS stylesheet for RDF Schema is rumoured, but it'd probably be pretty pointless. RDF is data, not documentation (thin line, I know.....). Has anyone read the Semantic Web roadmap [2]? I suggest people sit down with a cup/glass/mug/tin/bucket of their favourite bevarage, and go through it a few hundered times. The other Design Issues are quite good too, although don't believe everything that you read (/Axioms especially).
