It was agreed by you among others that 
we should have a note in the spec that this is the recomended way
for creating "labels". 
And it should be the prefered way untill 
a more elegant solution for the TNC versus label conflict is found.

so I must have hallucinated it all together :-))
I hope it was not an intended retouch.
In any case minuts are not trustworthy.
